Our Story

Since 1987, GINDOR, Inc. has been a trusted manufacturer of precision die-cut gaskets, seals, and diaphragms for customers across a wide range of industries. Founded by Ginny and Dorn Nichols, GINDOR was built on a commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service—values that continue to guide the company today.

From its beginnings as a small specialty manufacturer, GINDOR has grown into a respected supplier serving the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Automotive, Agricultural, Music, RV, and Security industries. Our expertise in converting nonmetallic materials, with and without adhesive backing, allows us to produce components that meet demanding specifications and critical performance requirements.

In 2023, GINDOR entered a new chapter when long-time employees Stacey Adams and Jason Fisher purchased the company from founder Dorn Nichols. Having dedicated much of their careers to GINDOR's success, Stacey and Jason bring deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a shared commitment to preserving the company's reputation for quality while positioning it for future growth.

Today, GINDOR remains dedicated to helping customers move projects from concept and design through development and full-scale production. Whether producing a single prototype or millions of parts, our team combines technical expertise, flexible manufacturing capabilities, and responsive service to deliver solutions that meet exact specifications and exceed expectations.
